This is so awesome!! I am thrilled to see so many responses. Even if I don't buy anything(other than lunch) just coming and meeting other hostboard members and just adults in general who are just as passionate, if not more than me about American Girl would be so wonderful. I have never brought a doll with before, since I don't have kids and I would be riding the El to get to AGPC. But if we have this I will bring a doll even if I have to keep her under wraps in a backpack or something.
It would be cool if we could have meetups at all 3 stores on the same date, but I also realize people are busy with their own lives. I can help plan the Chicago meetup and I hope some other HB members can take the reigns for planning meetups for the other stores.
So when would be a good time to do this? After May 5th my schedule will let up quite a bit since the semester will be over, and even though I will go to summer school my schedule won't be nearly as hectic as it is now.
So any ideas on a date or around a date? [img]biggrin.gif[/img]
Do the stores get really busy after school lets out for the summer?
